A beautiful organic Japanese Ceremonial Matcha. This matcha is bright green with a clean sweet taste.
Prepare this unique matcha traditionally; Usucha (thin) or Kolicha (thick).
Usucha -thin- 1tsp of Pureblend Ceremonial Matcha, whisk into 2.5oz of hot (175 degrees) water. When using a traditional matcha whisk, whisk in a "W" shape until smooth and has bubbles.
Kolicha-think- 2tsp of Pureblend Ceremonial Matcha, whisk into 1.75oz of hot (175 degrees) water. Whisk slowly in a "W" and around the edges of your bowl. The matcha will be thick and syrupy, resembling warm honey.
